Anchor Hitch is a contemporary seafood restaurant and raw bar. Our mission is to provide a fine dining experience in a casual dining environment, focused on thoughtful seafood dishes, served tapas style, a carefully curated bar offering and a quality standard that is unparalleled in the recent wave of new American restaurants in Orange County. Anchor Hitch will satisfy the need for a new American, modernized, seafood cuisine and accompanying beverage program, which, currently in OC, is drastically under served.
Thoughtful menu items like Abalone Panna Cotta, Tum Yum Shrimp Ravioli and Hamachi Ceviche are creative and forward thinking approaches to seafood that will be centerpieces of the food menu. The Lobster Roll, Clam Chowder and specialty Oysters are familiar dining staples yet are elevated to a new level of modernization. The menu will constantly be evolving with updates and seasonal items, but the elements will always remain creative, modern and hand crafted. There are a number of restaurants with similar concepts, however, none push the envelope in terms of food sophistication nor are they accompanied by a refined beverage or service concept.
